Return and exchange policy
1- The sold goods are not returned or exchanged, unless they are as follows:

• If there is an error in the order from us, the organization will bear the shipping costs of returning and sending the new order without bearing any costs to the customer
• If the order is valid and based on the customer’s request, the customer will bear all shipping costs to the store’s headquarters, including returning and retrieving the order, within a maximum of 2 days from receiving the order and notifying us of that.

1. The customer has no right to return or exchange at all if there are no damages to the product
   All products are inspected before leaving the store
2. If the order is approved via one of the contact numbers shown, the return or exchange policy mentioned above will apply to it
3. The order will be shipped after transfer within just one day
4. If the order is canceled before the order is sent, the full amount will be refunded to the customer through his account from which the transfer was made
   Payment and delivery
   How long does it take for the order to arrive?
   Shipping is made from the store within 48 hours, to all governorates of the Sultanate during the weekdays except Friday.
   How much do shipping and delivery costs for an order?
   The cost of shipping or delivery is 2 Omani Riyals, and delivery will be to your doorstep in all governorates and states of the Sultanate, except for Musandam, Masirah, and Al Wusta Governorates. The full cost of shipping will appear on the payment page before completing the order.
   An additional cost may be charged for shipping if the order quantity exceeds more than one bag. The excess must be paid in cash upon receipt of the order.

   Shipping and delivery is done to your doorstep to all governorates and states of the Sultanate, except for remote areas.

   After confirming that the customer has paid the required amount, the requested order will be shipped with our approved shipping companies. You will receive a message on your number that your order has been prepared along with your order number.
